Biblical & Holistic BioHacks to Manage Stress, Blood Sugar & Boost Focus

Have you ever thought that health and wellness started with God?

When we hear the words health or wellness, our minds often jump to modern images — yoga mats, green smoothies, maybe even “crystals and vibes.” But here’s something we don’t talk about enough: God created wellness first.

In the beginning, God created the earth — plants, light, rhythm, rest — and He called it all good. That means health, balance, and healing aren’t new ideas. They’ve always belonged to Him.

A Conversation I’ve Been Waiting to Have

I got to sit down with Rob Rene, founder of Exodus Strong, and talk about something that’s been stirring in my heart since the COVID years — the connection between faith, biology, and healing.

Rob’s story blew me away. His journey began with a literal collision — being hit by a truck while training as an elite runner with Olympic dreams.

That accident shifted everything, sending him down a new road, one paved with corporate success but spiritual emptiness.

Fast forward to 2020, and the pandemic hit. Rob calls this his second truck. Like so many of us, he suddenly had time to stop, think, and question what he’d always believed about health.

What he uncovered was eye-opening.

The Awakening

As Rob dug deeper, he began to see the cracks in our healthcare — how, over a century ago, medicine started drifting away from natural, God-made remedies toward synthetic, profit-driven solutions. That discovery sent him searching for something more holistic — something that could accommodate both science and Scripture.

He started exploring frequency medicine and quantum energy — the kind of ideas people often dismiss without ever really looking into them because they sound "New Age".

What drew him wasn’t hype, but the evidence of creation itself.

“Our bodies run on frequencies and vibrations — the same energy God spoke into existence.”

He found research by Dr. Masaru Emoto showing how human words and intention could physically change the structure of water. And that reminded him of something ancient and biblical:

“Life and death are in the power of the tongue.”

If words can shape water — and our bodies are mostly water — what does that say about prayer, praise, and the words we speak over ourselves every day?

From Revelation to Creation

As Rob studied Scripture more closely, he noticed how often the Bible mentions herbs, oils, and natural remedies. So he built something that brought those truths together: Exodus Strong — a supplement that combines seven biblical herbs with molecular hydrogen (the very first element God created).

Each bottle even includes a prayer guide, because as Rob says, “Our bodies need nutrition, but our spirits need alignment.”

God’s Hand in the Details

After ignoring four cardiologists who recommended a pacemaker, his heart literally stopped on the operating table — and God used that moment to save his life. Later, a melanoma diagnosis pushed him deeper into studying integrative oncology, learning how different cancers respond to natural and spiritual support.

All of that birthed a community called Biohackingville, where faith and science meet in practical, life-giving ways.

His mission?

“To get a million new people to read the Word through their health.”

That line gave me chills because it captures what this entire conversation is about: seeing health not as self-improvement, but as stewardship — caring for the body God gave you so you can serve with strength and clarity.

The Bigger Picture

Rob’s story reminds us that wellness isn’t separate from worship. Our Creator designed our bodies with the ability to heal, restore, and thrive — and when we align our habits, words, and prayers with that design, we partner with His work in us.

In a culture that leans hard on quick fixes and fragmented medicine, this integrated approach feels radical — but it’s really just returning to the beginning.

“God’s design was never just physical or spiritual — it’s both. Always has been.”

Final Thoughts

I came away from this conversation both humbled and inspired. God’s design for wellness is already written into creation: rest, rhythm, nourishment, prayer, and gratitude. Maybe true biohacking isn’t about chasing the next breakthrough — perhaps it’s about returning to the One who made our bodies in the first place.

If you’ve ever wondered how faith connects to your physical health, I encourage you to listen to this week’s episode and explore what Rob’s building at Exodus Strong and Biohackingville. You might discover that healing is not just possible — it’s biblical.
