Raised with a “borrowed faith” through his grandfather, Dustin knew about God—but didn’t truly know Him. A life marked by crime, loss, and pride eventually led to incarceration, where the collapse of his family and support systems left him alone and overwhelmed. It was there, in a prison cell filled with anxiety and hopelessness, that God gently invited Dustin to cry out—not with condemnation, but with presence.
