Why Clarity Matters: Inside the Easy to Understand Read Bible (EUR) Project

A new bible translation can set off alarms, and that’s a healthy response.
Today, I have an open and honest conversation with voice actor and translator Dan Parr. We discuss my apprehensions about a new bible translation and how God gave him a purpose and calling during a season of job loss. The Easy to Understand Read Bible (EUR) was born out of his obedience, and it's designed to help people know the bible on a deeper level.
Dan's Easy to Understand Read Bible translation is ideal for anyone new to walking with God and seeking a simple but accurate version of the Bible.

Bringing the Bible to Life
As the publisher and narrator of the new Easy to Understand, Read (EUR) Bible. I'm excited to share my passion for making God's Word accessible to everyone with your audience.
For over 4 years I've worked on creating and narrating a new translation of the Bible that uses contemporary language and a clear, concise style to convey the essence and message of the original text. The EUR version aims to bridge the gap between traditional biblical language and modern readers, making it easier for people to grasp the message of the Bible.
The following unsolicited reviews are the reason why I decided to record the entire Bible:
“Growing up with the King James Version always made things sound so intimidating and confusing, but Dan Parr’s narration makes you realize how amazing this story really is.…. I have read over 50 spiritual new age books and pretty much took Jesus out of my life but truly I tell you, this book is so powerful nothing else compares, I am now a true Christian based entirely of the words from this Gospel. Thank you Dan Parr for your amazing work on this.”

“As a millennial, I was raised by the New King James version of the Bible and like most of my generation, I didn't understand any of it. after coming across Dan Parr's version and narration of the new testament books, my interest in reading the Bible is renewed.”
