I'm the host of Spiritual Life and Leadership, the official podcast for Fuller Theological Seminary's Church Leadership Institute.
In 2021, I released my first book, Beyond Thingification: Helping Your Church Engage in God's Mission, which helps churches and leaders more fully participate in God's mission in the world.
I often speak about the role of suffering in spiritual and leadership formation. Several years ago, I was falsely accused and voted out of my congregation. It was a terribly painful experience, but it made me a healthier and more whole person, pastor, and leader.
I'm also a pastor of a small church in rural Southern California which has a vibrant Food Pantry ministry serving a town that struggles with a lot of food insecurity.
