My name is Ana Murby, a former porn addict, hypocrite, and adulteress, saved ONLY by the grace of God!
I would like to share the origin story of this podcast...
I grew up with a legalistic Christian lifestyle where I didn't feel comfortable asking questions about my faith and why I believe what I believe. I abandoned my faith in my early twenties, and through my years as a prodigal I went HARD into things that I am not proud of because I knew they broke God's heart. Thanks to God’s tough love and his steadfast heart for me, I came back to Him at thirty years old after a painful second marriage divorce, and I have NEVER looked back.
After returning to Christ, God began shaping me into who he wanted me to be. He had to start with the glaring issue that was keeping me from wholeness in him, my addiction to porn. The way he freed me from that addiction is an amazing story, and I can take NO credit for it. Check out my testimony.
Realizing the depth of God's grace and unconditional love for me, I began asking the questions I had in my youth and making my faith my own. In that search for absolute truth, I found inconsistencies and lies within what I was taught as a child and even as a young adult. I started the Honest Christian Conversations podcast to help others find absolute truth amidst the lies and deceptions of wolves in sheep's clothing.

- When I was 16, I went to Germany, Austria, and Italy all within two weeks.
- I was in a short film back in Sacramento, California, when I was a teenager, called "The Pitch." It was a film made for the Sacramento Ad Council awards and featured a local famous news anchor and a famous voice actor.
